What We Do
Our Executive Liability Group specializes in designing, structuring, and placing complex insurance programs for asset managers, private equity and venture capital firms, and, equally as important, their respective portfolio companies.
We work with all the key underwriters in this space and spend considerable time with them to understand their risk appetite and business methodology. This insight allows us to capture their attention when we are presenting them with opportunities.
Attention to detail is paramount, and we refuse to settle for "off-the- shelf" policy forms. We scrub each policy and drive underwriters to expand coverage to fit the unique needs and exposures of each of our clients. With many carriers, we have pre-negotiated endorsements for the benefit of all of our clients that provide what we believe to be the broadest coverage in the industry.
Too many brokers simply flood the market without pre-qualifying the risk. Because of our experience in the industry, we have relationships with key decision makers that give us great access and clout.
