Job Description:
Commercial insurance brokerage firm is seeking an Account Coordinator in their Property & Casualty division to service small to middle market sized commercial accounts and to assist colleagues on various tasks. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for limited client correspondence, limited insurance company correspondence, and internal support for assigned accounts.


Job Functions:

Specific duties may include but are not limited to: producing certificates of insurance, issuing policies, preparing reports, assisting in creating submission and proposal documents for brokers and organizing policy documents.


Desired Skills & Experience:
 Self-motivated, self-starter, able to identify and tackle a variety of issues.
 Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and direct business activities.
 High level knowledge of computer and word processing programs such as Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and Agency Management Systems.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to obtain an insurance license within 90 days of hire.
 Interested in a career in commercial insurance.
